Access to the garage
Once you have completed your reservation, you will receive a text message and an e-mail with parking instructions. Please read carefully and follow these instructions! The garage has a lift for cars. At you arrival, the garage recepctionist will check your booking number in the SMS confirmation.


Please note that the receptionist does not speak foreign languages. Call our nonstop hotline (+420 277 277 977) in case of any problems or questions.


Always drive on the left side of the road when entering and exiting the garage. To exit, a rotating platform can be used to direct the car to the exit barrier.
For pedestrian entry and exit, use the car entrance and in the garage the passenger lift between -1. and - 4. floor.

ATTENTION!! Park on the correct floor and only in the assigned space, otherwise the vehicle will be towed.

Please note: For technical reasons, access to the garage is not possible from 23:59 - 06:00. Between 22:00 and midnight, please call our 24-hour customer service line. We will contact security, who will let you into the garage. Please be prepared for a 10-minute wait.


Parking motorcycles is forbidden.
