Access to the garage without the app
After completing your reservation, you will receive phone numbers by email and SMS. Call these numbers during your reservation to open the entrance barrier and gate. Follow the same procedure when exiting. The number will always appear busy or unavailable; do not end the call until the barrier opens. The call to open the barrier is free of charge. The barriers can only be opened by calling from the phone numbers entered in your reservation.
After passing through the barrier, continue through the garage gate. Your parking space is located at the back of the garage on the left-hand side.
