About the parking

Looking for affordable parking on the outskirts of Prague with excellent public transport connections? Park conveniently on our parking at Potahová and avoid traffic heading to the city centre.

The parking is located just a few steps from the Belárie tram stop, offering easy access to Prague city centre. During the summer months, you can also use the ferry heading towards the Velká Chuchle racecourse.

Access to the parking lot
After completing your reservation, you will receive parking instructions by SMS and in a parking card by email. This is a parking lot on a private land. Only clients of the tenants can park here.

During your reservation, you can enter and exit the garage repeatedly.
Motorcycle parking is allowed (max. 2 motorcycles per 1 parking space).
Please park only in your assigned spot!

The parking is located in the Prague 4 - Modřany district, next to the modern Nestlé Česko building.
How quickly can I get to the center of Prague from here?
Getting to the city center, for example to the Národní divadlo (National Theatre) stop, takes approximately 20 minutes by tram from the Belárie stop.
I won't make it back to pick up my car before the end of my reservation. Can I extend it?
Of course. Subject to availability, reservations can be extended by a minimum of 1 hour. You can extend the reservation yourself via your profile on the MR.PARKIT website or app. Alternatively, you can contact our 24/7 customer support, and we will extend the reservation for you.
Can I enter and exit the parking repeatedly during my reservation?
Yes, you have an unlimited number of entries and exits during your reserved time slot.
My assigned parking space is taken, what should I do?
Sometimes another client might park in your spot by mistake—anyone can make an honest mistake! :-) You can report a taken space directly in the MR.PARKIT app, which will automatically assign you a new one.
