Once you have completed your reservation, you will receive phone numbers by SMS and in a parking card by email - call these numbers during the reservation to open the entrance and exit barriers. The numbers will always be busy or unavailable, do not end the call until the gate are opened. The call to open is for free even for international numbers. The gate and barrier will open only if you call from the phone numbers you enter in the reservation.
