Once you have completed your reservation, you will receive phone numbers by SMS and in a parking card by email - call these numbers during the reservation to open the entrance and inner gate. The numbers will always be busy or unavailable, do not end the call until the gate is opened. The call to open is for free even for international numbers. Garage gate opening will only work when calling from the phone numbers you enter in the reservation.
You will follow the same procedure for exit and pedestrian access.

You can repeatedly drive in and out of the garage in the course of your reservation.
Parking of LPG and CNG vehicles forbidden.
Parking motorcycles is permitted (with a maximum of two motorbikes per parking space).
