After completing your reservation, you will receive an email and SMS with phone numbers to open the car lift. By dialing these numbers during your reservation, you will call the car lift. Please do not hang up until the car lift opens. Opening the garage is free of charge and works only when calling from the phone numbers provided in your reservation. To exit, call the car lift using the button in the 2nd basement. Pedestrian access is through the Ankora Hotel reception, and the elevator to the garage is located behind the reception.

The garage is open 24/7. During your reservation, you can enter and exit multiple times. Motorcycle parking is allowed (max. 2 motorcycles per parking space). Please park only in your assigned space.
