Garage Access Without the App
After completing your reservation, you will receive a phone number by email and SMS. By calling this number during your reservation period, you can open the garage entrance gate. The number will always appear busy or unavailable, do not end the call until the gate opens. The call used to open the gate is free of charge. The garage can only be opened when calling from the phone numbers provided in your reservation.

Next to the wallbox, there is a lockbox containing a chip for pedestrian access to the garage. Please do not forget to take it with you when leaving the garage.

To exit the garage on foot, use the yellow door located next to the parking space. Then take the elevator to the ground floor and leave the building through the glass doors. When returning to your vehicle, follow the same route.

You may enter and exit the garage multiple times during your reservation.
Motorcycle parking is allowed (maximum 2 motorcycles per parking space).
Please park only in your assigned parking space.
