How far is Prague Castle from the parking lot?

You can walk to Prague Castle in approximately 20-30 minutes. You can also take a stroll in the nearby Petřín Gardens or Ladronka Park.

How far is it from the parking lot to the center of Prague?

The journey to Old Town Square or Malá Strana (Lesser Town) takes approximately 30 minutes by public transport. Direct bus lines run from the "Koleje Strahov" stop to metro station A "Dejvická", and from the "Stadion Strahov" station you can reach metro station B "Anděl".

How do I open the entrance to the parking lot?

After successfully creating a reservation, you will receive all the instructions from us. The easiest way to open it is by pressing the button in the MR.PARKIT app. If you do not have the app, we will send a phone number to your SMS and email, which you can call (dial and ring) to open the barrier.

I am calling the provided phone number, but the entrance is not opening – what should I do?

The call for opening will only work during your reserved time and from the phone number you entered in your reservation details – make sure you are calling from the same number and that your "hidden number" (caller ID blocking) feature is turned off. The line will always appear unavailable or busy; do not hang up the call until the entrance opens. If the entrance remains closed, please contact us at +420 277 277 977.
